Estimates

All estimates provided by H & T Carpet Floors are free and non-binding. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual measurements, material availability, and site conditions discovered during installation.

Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods: cash, check, credit/debit card, Zelle, and Venmo.

• A deposit may be required to schedule installation
• Remaining balance is due upon completion of installation
• Payment plans may be available for larger projects — ask for details

Installation

We require clear access to all areas where flooring will be installed. Furniture removal and replacement is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon. We will make every effort to complete installation on the scheduled date, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Warranty

H & T Carpet Floors warranties all installation work for one year from the completion date. This covers defects in workmanship, not normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product.

Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered.

Liability

H & T Carpet Floors is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of subflooring or structural issues unless identified during our initial assessment.
